We're more than a marketplace. We’re here for the mind, body, and soul, with products, sessions, experiences, and offerings that support all the little ways we nourish ourselves, reconnect, and come back home to who we are.
Everything here is intentionally created and chosen to help you reconnect, feel grounded, and take care of yourself. We’re not here to overwhelm you with options. We curate with purpose, focusing on products that support your healing, your routines, your home, your body, your creativity, and your everyday life.
We also prioritize working with small businesses, independent artists, and aligned brands who create with meaning. That means we are not trying to be everything for everyone. We want to build a place that feels aligned, and full of things that actually mean something.This keeps our space thoughtful and personal.
What's the refund and return policy?
We want you to feel good about what you receive. Please review our Return and Refund policy before making a purchase.
Sage & Sangria Products
We offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. Returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit, subject to our approval and provided the item is still unused and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
Dropshipped Products (Shopify Collective)
Some items on our platform are fulfilled by third-party partners. These products are subject to the individual supplier’s return policy, which may vary. In certain cases, returns or refunds may not be available. Please review product-specific details before purchasing.
Digital Products & 1:1 Sessions
All digital products and 1:1 sessions are final sale and are non-refundable, as they are delivered or reserved immediately upon purchase.

What are the 1:1 Sessions for?
This is a space to slow down, talk things through, and get clear on what’s actually going on beneath the surface. Think of this as a place to pause and come back to yourself. These sessions are for support, clarity, and realignment but they are not therapy and should not replace licensed mental health care.
We can work through what’s been weighing on you, untangle your thoughts, and find a little more clarity in whatever season you’re in. Whether you’re navigating something specific, just feeling a bit off, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, working through patterns, or just need a place to sort through your thoughts. You can also bring questions around wellness, lifestyle, fitness, or anything that’s been on your mind and needs a place to be unpacked.
What if I need to reschedule or miss my 1:1 session?
I understand that life happens, that’s the whole reason this space exists.
You’re welcome to reschedule your session last minute (within 8 hours) up to 3 times. I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12–24 hours in advance whenever possible.
Missed sessions without notice, or exceeding the 3 last minute reschedule limit, may result in the session being forfeited.

What if I'm not happy with my results?
I understand that sometimes things cannot go as planned. Everything we offer—whether it’s 1:1 sessions, books, supplements, or digital products—is designed to support your growth, provide guidance, and share tools that have been helpful in real life.
However, everyone is different and results are not guaranteed. We do not promise specific outcomes, transformations, or results of any kind.
All content, sessions, and resources are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are meant to teach skills, offer perspective, and support you in making aligned decisions—but they are not a guarantee of change, healing, income, or success.
Your results are fully dependent on your own effort, consistency, personal circumstances, and how you choose to apply what is shared. Everyone’s journey, capacity, and timing will look different.
By purchasing or participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results, and that Sage & Sangria is not liable for any outcomes based on the use or misuse of our content or services.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Digital products and 1:1 sessions are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
For Sage & Sangria physical products, cancellation requests must be made before the order has been processed. Once processed, the order will fall under our standard return policy. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase for better results.
For Shopify Collective and 3rd party products, cancellation eligibility depends on the third-party supplier’s policies, and cancellations may not be available once fulfillment has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Shipping times depend on the type of product purchased. Please check our shipping policy before making a purchase.
Sage & Sangria products are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated upon purchase. Please allow 7-14 days minimum for production and fulfillment with print-on-demand items.
Products fulfilled through Shopify Collective or other 3rd parties are shipped directly by third-party brand partners, so processing and shipping times may vary by supplier. Estimated delivery windows, if available, will appear on the product page or at checkout.
Digital products are delivered electronically, immediately after purchased and do not require shipping.
1:1 sessions are service-based bookings and do not require shipping. Access details for your session will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow 2 business days first, for processing and fulfillment.
For Sage & Sangria products, delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather delays, and other factors outside of our control. Any shipping timeframe provided is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
For Shopify Collective products, delivery estimates are set by the third-party supplier and may differ from Sage & Sangria product timelines. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the supplier, carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
For digital products, delivery is generally immediate, though occasional delays may occur due to payment processing or email delivery issues.
For 1:1 sessions, confirmation and access information are typically sent shortly after booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and check spam or promotions folders if you do not see your confirmation.
**If your tracking shows movement delays, please allow additional time before reaching out. If a package appears lost, we may ask you to first contact the carrier or, for third-party fulfilled items, follow the supplier’s process where applicable.
What if my package says delivered but I did not receive it?
If tracking shows that a package was marked as delivered, please first:
- check around your property, leasing office, and with neighbors
- confirm the shipping address entered at checkout
- contact the shipping carrier directly with your provided tracking and order number
Sage & Sangria is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements for delivered packages are not guaranteed and may be issued only at our discretion, or subject to the third-party supplier’s policy.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. If an order has already been processed or shipped, Sage & Sangria is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information.
For 3rd party orders, address changes may not be possible once the order has been sent to the supplier for fulfillment.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If a Sage & Sangria product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days after delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or denial is appropriate based on the condition of the item and available proof.
For Shopify Collective and other 3rd party products, damage claims may be handled according to the supplier’s return or claims process. In those cases, Sage & Sangria may direct you to the applicable partner policy or request documentation before assisting further.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or return requests where damage appears to be caused after delivery, misuse, wear, or failure to follow care instructions.
