9. Print on Demand Products

Certain books and printed materials are produced after an order is placed.

Production generally begins shortly after purchase and cannot typically be stopped once manufacturing has started.

Unless otherwise required by law, print on demand products are nonreturnable and nonrefundable except in cases involving:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing defects

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damage sustained during shipment

Minor differences in print color, paper texture, cover finish, or production variations are normal characteristics of print on demand manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

10. Shopify Collective Products

Certain items available through our Website are fulfilled by independent third party suppliers participating in Shopify Collective.

Processing times, fulfillment times, inventory availability, and shipping estimates may vary by supplier.

Estimated delivery dates displayed during checkout are provided by the supplier and are estimates only.

Sage & Sangria is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Supplier fulfillment delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather

  • Labor disruptions

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Questions regarding Shopify Collective orders may require coordination with the supplier before a final resolution can be provided.

11. Shipping

Standard physical products generally require one to two (1 to 2) business days for processing before shipment.

Print on demand books generally require one to two (1 to 2) business days to begin processing and approximately seven (7) additional business days for production before shipment.

Shopify Collective products have processing and fulfillment timelines determined by the individual supplier. Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout whenever available.

Shipping times begin after order processing has been completed.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy governs all returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

In general:

  • Eligible physical products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if unused, unworn, unopened, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Digital products are nonrefundable.

  • Print on demand products are nonreturnable except for verified manufacturing defects, damage, or printing errors.

  • Sage & Sangria reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

13. Coaching, Mentorship & Wellness Services

Sage & Sangria may offer coaching sessions, wellness consultations, educational mentorship, lifestyle guidance, nutrition education, mindfulness resources, workshops, and similar services (collectively, the "Services").

These Services are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.

Not Therapy or Medical Care

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sage & Sangria does not provide:

Session Cancellations

Coaching and mentorship appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least twenty four (24) hours' notice. We appreciate forty eight (48) hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with less than twenty four (24) hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or repeated late arrivals may be charged in full or considered forfeited at our discretion.

If Sage & Sangria must reschedule a session, we will work with you to arrange a mutually agreeable alternative appointment.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that meaningful personal growth depends on your own participation, honesty, and willingness to take action.

Sage & Sangria cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including improvements in health, relationships, emotional well-being, career success, financial success, weight loss, or other personal goals.

14. Medical Disclaimer

The content provided by Sage & Sangria is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
